Personal Injury: Representation of clients in all types of personal injury and property damage actions. Motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, work related accidents, construction site acidents, products liability, etc. No-fault claims, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims.
Negligence Defense: Extensive experience in the defense of personal injury and property damage cases including motor vehicle accidents, skiing and snowboarding related accidents, labor law cases, product liability. Thirteen years experience including eleven years as a Senior Trial Attorney for major insurance companies. Special Town Attorney for the Town of Huntington and counsel to Windham Mountain, New York handling all aspects of personal injury defense.
Criminal Law: Handling Vehicle and Traffic violations including Driving While Intoxicated and Penal Law violations including violations. misdemeanors and felonies. Former Assistant District Attorney for Suffolk County.
Commercial Law: Formation of S-Chapter corporations, partnerships, limited liability corporations. Contracts and commercial litigation.
Real Estate: Representing Buyers and Sellers of Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Litigation of real estate disputes.
Wills and Estate Planning: Preparation and probating of wills and estate planning.
General Litigation: Representation of plaintiffs and defendants in all aspects of litigation.
